Our wall cleaning process

Exterior walls need a soft wash rather than high-pressure blasting. We apply a specialist biocide solution that kills algae, lichen and moss at a cellular level. We leave it to dwell for the right amount of time, then rinse it away at low pressure. The cleaning agent does the heavy lifting, not the pressure.

This approach is safe for all render types, painted surfaces, and pointing. It does not force water behind cladding or render, and it does not damage the surface finish. The biocide continues to work after we leave, so the results actually improve over the following weeks.
